Hello,
I did a modification in Frontpage to the Links webpart to make them open up in a new window. I had to convert the webpart to XLST and then added a tag to the code to make it open in a new window.
I used the description at
Just remember making changes to a sharepoint site in Frontpage will cause un-ghosting of files, which can cause some problems if you for example want to apply custom themes etc..
