I am looking for an archiving software that works with Sharepoint, and it would be even better if it worked with both Sharepoint and Exchange.

I know of an excellent product for Exchange from Mimosa Systems (mimosasystems.com) but I am not aware of an archiving solution for Sharepoint.. the SQL database is very scaleable why were you thinking of archiving?
