SharedSection=1024,3072,512,512

Many of you have probably seen / altered the registry setting "SharedSection=1024,3072,512,512" to solve problems with a messagebox "Application failed to initialize", and the following event in the EventLog :

Date: 29-10-2002
Time: 10:57:02

Description:
Application popup: cmd.exe - Application Error : The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application.

I am about to change this value, but am a little afraid of it because all descriptions I can find on this setting only includes 2 or 3 values - never 4 as I have in the registry.

Does any of you know what the 4. parameter means ?
