We have an application that uses word 2000 to do merges, using a template (macros). We are just switching to Windows XP, with it's "enhanced" security. I need to be able to set the system up so it can be logged into by different users and they can all run word with the same macro capability. Where can I put the template (macro) so it is accessible to anyone?
Is there an easy way to set the machines up so there is a "default" operability? Ideally every machine would be set up the same, and every user would have a core capability that is not/can not be changed.Additional capabilities would be available to selected users.
