Hi all,

For some reason all my shared printers stopped responding except one. i have 4 konica copiers/printers that are shared from a windows 2003 server then suddenly stopped sending the job to these printers. i tried to ping the printers ip but i got no response, i thought the network card of the printers are messed up but when i tried to troubleshoot it using a cross over cable i can access the printer with no problem. I called the tech support to see if there's some problem with the printer's network card but its all working. i did scanned my server for virus but it didn't find anything. does anybody know any how to fix this?

Sounds like a physical cabeling problem. Check you network wiring/hubs/switches/etc. If you can't ping then its usually a lower level problem (not software)
