I have a mailbox, which I need to share between 3 Recipients. I am unsure of what permissions I need to allow them all to have access and create sub-folders, within the mail-box. Do I need to have the mailbox assigned to particular recipient? Or can I leave it blank (as it currently is)?

The mailbox, can currently be opened by, 2 of the recipients, but the 3rd has no access and the error "Unable to display Folder. The Inbox folder could not be found." The Domain Admin can also open this mailbox. Is there a restriction in Exchange over the numbers of users who can share a mailbox?

Any help would be great!!!!

There's no restriction on how many clients can access a mailbox.

You can create access in a few different ways. You could set the other mailboxes in the Delegates section of Outlook. You could add the NT accounts to the Permissions tab in Exchange Admin (if the permissions tab isn't shown you need to enable the option in Tools Options). Or you could use Outlook to allocate folder permissions and allocate roles for the users, similar to how you control access to Public Folders (rightclick a folder in Outlook, select Properties, and click the Permissions tab). If doing the latter, don't forget you need to set the permissions at both the root mailbox level (Outlook Today), and on all the subfolders you want the users to have access to.
