Shared FAX number Database - Small Business Server 2003

Good Day,

I'm trying to create a database of FAX numbers that can be shared by all members of the SBS domain and then utilized by the shared FAX service in SBS 2003.

Idealy domain members could add FAX numbers to this database and retrieve FAX numbers from the database while FAXing from their desks.

The FAX service is setup and working ok. I just need to get the shared database of FAX numbers working now.

I'm pretty sure this is doable and I think I'm probably missing something very basic.

Any Ideas?
