Hi,
I've seen this problem many times (Exch/Outlook 2k/xp/2003), and never get the solution. Let say that all employee of the "car departement" have a mail account. They all work with different pieces and there is a shared mail account named "pieces" who everybody have access to from outlook, for pieces requests.
So all employee have acces to theyre personal account and the "pieces" account.
--- For this admin log onto the "pieces" account and share the Outlook today, Inbox, etc ...) to all employee and go to all machine in the Outlook account property of evey user and under the parameter tab under advanced under add another account added "pieces". ---
The problem is the when you share a folder let say under Inbox, the security setting of the folder don't propagate to the other folder under.
So if we have 250 folders we have to do them all by hand wich is crazy ...
They must be another issue ...
