I am having some issue with phones that are sharing lines. The line only rings once than disconnect/drops. I have increase the max calls and busy trigger, but it not fixing the problem. Has anyone had this issue?

Funny you say that, I'm running into the same issue but not will all the shared lines just a few.
I'm trying to figure out what the problem is since I have some that worked.
Currently I have cleaned up the shared lines and make them single appearances until I have a resolution.
What version of call manager are you running and what type of phones are you experiencing this on?
Have you gone through an upgrade recently call manager or phone load?
