We have a shared calendar set up for users A, B, & C. The calendar is user A's outlook/exchange calendar and it is shared to users B & C. Whenever user A sends out a meeting request users B & C get the request whether they were invited or not.
For example user A sends a meeting request to user Y & Z, who don't share the calendar, but still users B & C get the request sent to their inbox even though it wasn't sent to them/they weren't invited. Is there any way to stop this?
It's exchange 5.5 & Outlook 2000.
