Shadowing problem in MF XP

Hallo Team,

I can not shadow a Citrix THIN client user with MF XP CMC, because there is an error message in the screen.

It is: SHADOW FAILED. ERROR CODE 6.
(ERROR 6 - The Handle is invalid.)

Why I tried:
-changed resolution
-changed color
-changed source of shadow(another server)
-try to shadow with mfadmin(cx 1,8)

Do you know anybody what should be this?

Not sure wht error 6 means but I occasionally get this when trying to Shadow a user on a different server from the one I am running CMC from. This is often because I have no domain admin rights to access domain user as a local admin.
