New To Citrix! I am trying to shadow another user, but when they accept me, I get an error message. "Shadow failed: error code 7025, Error - An attempt has been made to connect to session whose video mode is not supported by the current clients" How am I supposed to handle this or is there a place I might me able to find answers about error codes?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

From the Citrix Web Site:

Cause

The shadower’s session was configured at a lower video or color depth than the shadowee’s.

Resolution

From the Citrix Management Console, choose the sessions for the shadower and shadowee, and double-click the session Information tab. Verify the shadower’s video and color depth is greater than the shadowee’s. To do this, from Citrix Server Administration (Mfadmin.exe), highlight the session in the left-hand pane beneath the server and view the Information tab in the right-hand-pane. It is important to note that it is the capabilities of the client and not the current session that is the determining factor.

For example, you may have “true bit” color set on the local desktop but the session may be configured for 256 colors. This could also be true with HRES and VRES settings. If the session is 800x600 but the client desktop is set at 1024x768 and the shadower shadows a 1024x768 session, the shadowed session can use “scroll bars” to handle this condition. However, if this client tried to shadow a session larger than 1024x768, shadowing would fail because the client desktop would not support a session greater than 1024x768. You may want to use Notepad to review the ICA file created per Troubleshooting and Explaining Citrix ICA Shadowing.
