Shadow Notification Disable

How do you disable the shadow notification for the user. We are trying to view certain users but when we shadow them it promps them to allow shadowing! Most of them click no and we can't do it.

We would like to do that without the users knowledge

Disabling the notification is an option within the ICA Connection properties. If you going into the Citrix Connection Configuration Utility and Edit the Citrix ICA connection, under the advanced button on the bottom are the shadowing options.

go to the Citrix Connection Configuration tool, double click on the ica-tcp(or whatever protocol)connection, click the advanced button and down the bottom next to shadowing, select an option that says "Notify OFF". of course if the option that forces a shadow acceptance popup was selected when metaframe was installed (XP that is)none of this will make any difference, youre stuck with it.
