I am looking at a small App that was written with Symantec Visual cafe 3.0c. It works great except for one small problem. When I log into the computer with a non-administrator ID I get the following error
java.lang.SecurityException: Algorithm SHA not Available
If I log in with Administrator it seems to work fine. I have recreated this problem on Windows XP, 2000, and XP
I realise that Visual Cafe is quite old, but I still like it because I can use it to compile the java code into an executable and DLL's
If anyone can offer any help, I would greatly appreciate it
