sh dialer interface

Can somebody please explain the output of this command:
"sh dialer interface dialer <no.>"

Dial String Successes Failures Last DNIS Last status
01636702121 943 0 3w4d successful Default

The Last entry 3w4d, does it specify that the last time the interface had a successful connection was last 3 weeks and 4 days ago?

Any help will be appreciated.
