We have one exchange box and all users with unique e-mail address, e.g. user@test.com. Soon, we’re going to have other staff coming in with they own e-mail address depending on department they belong (e.g. user@test-golf.com and user@testdesign.com). So far, they’ve been collecting mail via POP3, but I have to redirect everything towards our exchange box and make those primary e-mail addresses as they belong to those departments. Before I call ISP and request change of mx records so they start forwarding everything towards exchange server, what do I have to do in order to make this possible. So far I have created all those users as members of test.com domain and they have that e-mail address by default.
What should I do next?
