Setup Windows 2000 advance server with two NICs

I am setting up a Windows 2000 advance server, which I am obtaining my internet connection through a cable connection. On the server I can ping either side but my workstations can only ping the internal network. The external connection times out when I ping it from one of the workstations.

I am not sure about the DHCP and DNS setting my workstations are showing my ISP information. Can anyone tell me how to properly configure my server?
