Setup program with another language

I want to build the setup program of my application and wanna know if I can modify the forms texts to write everything in portuguese.

What setup utility are you using? The major commercial products (Wise, InstallShield) have multi-lingual options, but I'm not sure if Portuguese is one of them (Brazilian or standard?)
