I have a program that I print two types of documents with and one has to be printed portrait and the other one is ladscape and instead of having to go in to printer setup each time to change the paper orientation I was wondering if there was a way to setup the local printer twice and give them different names and then set one to portrait and the other to landscape so all I have to do is choose the approprate printer. I have tried to go through add new printer and added the two printers but when I print the job to the printer I first added it prints with no problems but when I try to print to the second one it just sits in the spooler and never prints out and then I have to stop and start the print spooler service to get it to clear out. I know I could do this with other operating sytems but I have been unable to do this with XP.
