First, I am trying to setup the Night Service with our Avaya Definity. I am able to do it with the trunk group, but the problem is that the direct fax lines get forwarded to the night service. I have tried setting up in the LISTED DIRECTORY NUMBERS the night extension, but when I set in CONSOLE PARAMETERS the "DID-LDN Only to LDN Night Ext?" to "n", I just get a busy signal when I call the the operator extension. What am I doing wrong? What can I do to fix it?

Second, how to I setup scheduled Auto Attendants? I can't do it from the trunk because the direct lines (fax machines) to the business stop working.

Thanks for the help!

Is the fax extension a did number?

Also when in night service, are you able to call any did extension and get to their voice mail?
