Setup Mailbox type 30 Octel 250

Not much to it. Just make sure that the
Type of Caller Input: 2 - Spell Name is set to spell by name and that is about it. let me know if you need more info.

Hi KenMeans,
I created the mailbox type 30 and used the configuration you've provided. I am getting the following prompts:
1. To be transfer to an extension, please spell the name of the person you're calling
2. If you have a mailbox on the system, please press #.
I would like to prompt callers with options. As follow:
1. To be transfer to an extension, pleas enter it now.
2. Or press * (star) to spell by name.
3. If you have a mailbox on the system, please press #.

Well you will need to change the mailbox option from spell name to dial ext and then record a greeting in the mailbox to say what you want. Then add a 2nd mb set like this one for spell name and add it in the * key def and mailbox number so if you hit * it will take the caller to the 2nd mailbox.
