Setup FTP Server 1

Hi,I am trying to setup the FTP server on my windows 2003 server, I wasn't successful at all; I get to the point enter username and password; how do you setup the username and password? Do I need the third party apps? Do I have some port blocking the FTP?

Enter either you Domain login & password:

login: domain\user
Pwd: xxxx

or, setup local user accounts and you can drop the domain\ prefix
