Setup failed while Creating public folders error code 0x8007200

Any body got any idea how I get round this error?

clean win2k server, forest prep and domain prep already done, one exchange server running in the domain already.

When trying to install gets almost to the end then fails with the above error.

Any ideas or help appreciated.
