Setup error with Hotfixes for NT 4.0 Server (SP6a)

My best bet is that you are trying to install a hotfix meant for Windows Nt server on a terminal server.
Terminal server and NT server have different installation CD's, service packs, and hot fixes. Make sure that your hotfix is for your OS version.
