Setup email clients to use SMTP server

I would like to use my Win2K server as an SMTP server, but I can't figure out how to setup Outlook to send messages through it.

I created a test.txt message with the correct header and dropped it into the pickup folder and it sent it out instantly a received it without any problems.

Now how do I set up Outlook to send messages through my server?

Nevermind, I figured it out. I just forgot to setup the relay restrictions.
