Hi,
I've been asked to setup a number that when dialled will be given priority for reporting an emergency to our reception.
We have a CS1000, Meridian 3.
Do you know if this is possible and how would I go about it?

Thanks

You need to give some more information on how your "reception" is configured. Is it an M2250, or a Central Answering Position (ACD configuration), or a normal IP/digital phone with DN keys?

The operators consols connect to a datapulse Operators gateway which in turn connects to the M2250.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
