Setup a Datasource (ODBC) for all users.

Does anyone know how to link to an ODBC database that will stay linked for all users that log into the PC? I setup the link to the database in the Data Sources (ODBC) Manager which is found in the Adminstrative Tools, but it only stays for the current user that is logged in. I would like to only have to do this once and have it stay for all users.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
