Setup 1 DN on 2 1120E phones

I have 2 1120E phones that i want to have the same DN. I set them up with 2 different TN's, however, when phone 1 is being used, phone 2 cannot pickup and talk with phone 1. All i get is silence on phone 2. How can i set it up to allow both phones to be on a single call. kinda like conferencing.

Set them up as SCR (Single Call Ringing).
