I have NT Server 4.0. What is all involved with setting it up as a terminal server?

I hope you have NT 4.0 Server, Terminal Server Edition. If it is plain Server than you can do nothing other than buy the above edition 1st. Actual installation of the TS server is no different than standard server. After installation run the Terminal Server Connection Configuration (TSCFG.EXE). Here you will configure the Microsoft RDP protocol for client connectivity, etc. For more details check out the MS web site or documentation that came with the server software.
NOTE: Terminal Server by itself is limited in what you can do; no true load balancing between servers, limited administration & management, No shadowing, etc... These are features available through the Citrix Metaframe add-on. -- Devil Dog --
