Setting Up Snap 4100 as backup to disk folder 1

When setting up a snap server mapped drive as a backup to disk folder getting 'system cannot find the path specified'.

Upgraded Snap to most recent OS and made sure backup login exists on snap server.

Any hints?

Use \\snapservername\share
Mapped drives will not work
