Setting up redundant Terminal Server License Servers

Does anyone here use more than one TS License server to ensure availability and if so how do you handle installing licenses?

Also, if I want to use the external connector license do I only have to buy one to service all terminal servers in my server farm or do you need to buy one for each server.
