setting up preferred credentials

Hi All,

I am in the oracle enterprise manager console administrator. I have logged in an sysman. Now what I'm trying to do is setting up the preferred credentials. I'm sort of confused in this step. I selected the database and node in the preferred credentials and used the system user with the sysdba role. However, when I select the database that I want to do a back up I'm getting the the preferred credentials are not set right error.

Can someone guide me through this please.

HI ALL,
I have added the sysman as a sysdba privileges. However when I try to sumit a job I'm getting the VNI_2015 error.

Can someone help me with this please
