Setting up popcon - a little confused

1. all i read about popcon is it's able to retrieve all my internet mail
2. i need to send out my internet mail which is not working when i have exchange server in the same profile as internet mail (just like alot of people on this board)
3. breaking up into 2 profiles would be a real pain for my users (duh - ya know )
4. so can popcon deliver mail too and where do i install it and how do i let outlook 2000 know thats it is to go out from popcon

If PoPcon is like any other PoP3 connecter it will simply download email from a specified account and forward it to your exchange server.
