My manager has requested that I set up an automatic out-of-office reply from her MS Outlook account from our server. Is this possible? We have NT4 MS Exchange Server. (She's off work and her office is locked, so no possibility of getting to her PC)
Thanks.

What email server do you have? You can't just do that from any server. Since you don't have Exchange, if its possible at all, it would have to be done at whatever server is receiving your managers email.

Configure Outlook on your own machine to use the Managers mailbox, open Outlook and enable Out of Office Assistance.

You will need to be logged in as someone with "service account Admin" status on Exhange in order to do this.

Russell.

Duuhhhh, I read that as "we have no exchange server" somehow
and just kept reading it that way.......
