Setting up new router - any way to manage/restrict bandwidth?

Hey guys, I'm setting up a new router for someone, as a favor. Is there any way on a 2611 to allocate a % of bandwidth to certain hosts?

Also any other ideas on a basic setup for the gateway w/ NAT?
