setting up ir 2.0 with voip channels 1

hello guys,

i'm stuck on this one. setting up a new from-the-box ir 2.0 with voip channels only, no ds1 on this one. installed voip package, installed latest patches, all right. assigned a voice card, filled in all the parameters. started/stopped voice system. assigned phone numbers and passwords to channels, it said all ok. stop/start voice system -- no luck, it reports 0 channels up. trying to trace ras requests on cm side, see none. all cm-side configuration was done according to the doc. what did i miss?

Hi Dwalin,
Did you install WebLM server on AIR? I had the similar problem as you have. Everything was ok but AIR channels never come up because AIR went into restricted mode. You can find details on following link (PSN# 870U):

thanks for the info, indeed this IR was reconfigured (ip address changed) and it does report something about "license file is not for this server" and goes to restricted mode. i will try the described procedure next time i will be on site.
