Hi guys,

I had been tasked to setup a generic mail box using IMAP on 5 PC's. Each PC can be used by 5 users. So in order to setup this generic mailbox on their windows profile, I had to logon to each PC with 5 different usernames and run through the profile/email account creation some 30 times.

My question is, is there an easier way to create this generic mailbox by somehow logging in as administrator and and running a script or something.

If the answer is a straight know, that would great to know too.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Paul

P.S. Using any sort of group policy or login script is not an option.

create the mailbox using a super user (anyone who has the ability and then some) then copy that profile to default user. if the machine types are exactly the same you can just copy default user to all the other machines. then delete the old profiles
