Hello all, I sell graphic system machines or MFD's (multi-functional devices)
It's a new job and a new programme to learn! woah! Using CRM3 I have been given the task to stop using our usual methods, which is to cobble stuff together using excel and word.
We want to write our quotes and everything else eventually and move slowly over to CRM.
The quotes will have to contain allot of info A bit like all our products/prices/RRP/Cost/images/Name-address and logo/As every quote is different we want to send out a tailored quote to any of our prospects after our initial meeting. Can this be done and how, just bought the dummies book will this be in depth enough? How should I start to tackle this? We have uploaded on the system all the products, so far. People in the company are already using CRM at the moment but the system sales are not. It’s my job to create/imbed a sales quote template/draft/letter that can be added to or indeed taken away from to send out to prospects or to send out after the first sales meeting. Phew is that enough info. Also I am not a teckie, I have a creative background with client facing, hence being in creative sales...That's me.
