I'm having dificulties selecting newsgroups. every time I accept the selection I get an error:

An error occurred while specifying the newsgroups in this newsfeed.
Please choose wich newsgroups to include in this newsfeed at a later time.

Thanks for your help gang!

I'm a litte rusty, but I had a newsfeed setup with my Exchange 5.5 a while back. I don't recall it being very hard, but you do need the following:

- The NNTP address of your provider's news server
- The right to use it!! Just because you have a provider, doesn't mean your allowed to use their news server. Check your contract or call your provider.

- You may need a username password sometimes. That can be configured in the news feed also. Then, in your Exchange Administrator, edit the Internet News Groups feed with the correct settings.

A small note, it would be good to advise your users not to post their email addresses when posting.... alot of email spam scanner get their email addresses lists from news groups.

Hope this helps.
