I am expanding our network, and purchased a Dell PowerConnect 3324 managed switch to put after my T1 router sot that I can segment off my public IP's to specific servers, as I am adding an additional web server. I have not dealt with managed switches before, and do not no where to start.. I is CLI compatible, and would like to know how to get this setup. I appreciate any help that I can get... Below is the scenario, and located at is a diagram of current setup and proposed setup.

The following is the configuration
I would like help achieving:

My T1 router has 5 static IP's

1)I need to know which port to plug my router into on the switch.

I then want to plug my 2 servers into ports 1 & 2 on the switch.

Server 1 has IP 69.48.95.203 on WAN NIC
Server 1 has IP 10.1.1.1 on LAN NIC and is connected to unmanaged Dell
Powerconnects for internal network.
Port 1 should allow all traffic that comes in/out via ip 69.48.95.203

Server 2 has IP 69.48.95.204 on WAN NIC
Port 2 should allow all traffic that comes in/out via ip 69.48.95.204

I would like to make sure that the QOS is enabled as well.
