when a call comes into mailboxes messages need to go to another mailboxes. how do i set this up?

setting up a mail box for messages to go to another mail box

What type of system 250, 350 200 ?

Since you posted you last question about 0ctel 200 software 4.0.0.2 (the Serenade), I guess your question deals with the same product.
I f a greeting is given in one mailbox and the message should be left (i.e. recoded) in another mailbox, do like this:
To the mailbox that should give the greeting:
1.
Add attribute #27 to its COS
2.
Modify the INFO table in index 18 (after greeting plays go to next (= the message taking mailbox) mailbox).
3.
Make shure that message taking mailbox ca take a message!
Tried to post this through an IPAD (safari browser), BUT it did not work!

After greeting plays go to next mailbox" means that there need to exist a message in the first mailbox.
If e.g. Mailbox A is the first mailbox, and the caller should be "tranferred" to the next mailbox B, then a greeting must be recorded in mailbox A (at least).
So:
To the mailbox that should give the greeting: (mailbox A)
1.
Add attribute #27 to its COS (mailbox A)
2.
Modify the INFO table in index 18(mailbox A) (after greeting plays go to next (= the message taking mailbox) mailbox B).
3.
Make shure that message taking mailbox can take a message! (mailbox B).
Mailbox B should accept messages.
