Setting up a Hunt Group with Phantom Users and MOH Playing while in queue

OK. Here I go. IP Office 9.0 Essential Edition and Embedded Mail. I need to set up a Hunt Group for the following purpose. Calls come in and go to AA:Main if not answered by the Front phone after 3 Rings. (this works fine). AA gives them the option to Press 2 to hold for the next available person or press 5 to leave a message. When they Press 2, I need it to go into a queue and sit there until answered by someone pressing a group button indicating calls are waiting (Calls should not ring any actual sets while in queue). There will not be any true agents in the hunt group. And I need them to hear the Music installed on the system via a wav file that is installed. I have 1 Phantom user in the group (group extension is 152)with VM turned off on the user. Music is set to my wav file for the group (I dialed *341 to test and made sure it is there) Queuing turned on and Announcements turned off. Then I have my Overflow set to go to my next Auto Attendant if not answered in 30 seconds and No Answer timer set to 1 second higher. My problem has been that when I dial 152. I just hear ringing on my end, Never any Music. And it never rolls to my second AA. Thanks in advance for any help
 
not physically ringing a handsets is an insane idea (sometimes customers need educating when they make sill requests) you do not need a phantom user in the group but you do need to enable announcements, after the 1st announcement you can play music. you probably need to check the configuration of the overflow group & divert to the 2nd auto attendant. as your computer seems to have a shortage of cartridge returns I have tried to avoid using any more then necessary.

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
 
Use 9608/9508s, program it normally and turn the ringer off. Volume button.
