OK. Here I go. IP Office 9.0 Essential Edition and Embedded Mail. I need to set up a Hunt Group for the following purpose. Calls come in and go to AA:Main if not answered by the Front phone after 3 Rings. (this works fine). AA gives them the option to Press 2 to hold for the next available person or press 5 to leave a message. When they Press 2, I need it to go into a queue and sit there until answered by someone pressing a group button indicating calls are waiting (Calls should not ring any actual sets while in queue). There will not be any true agents in the hunt group. And I need them to hear the Music installed on the system via a wav file that is installed. I have 1 Phantom user in the group (group extension is 152)with VM turned off on the user. Music is set to my wav file for the group (I dialed *341 to test and made sure it is there) Queuing turned on and Announcements turned off. Then I have my Overflow set to go to my next Auto Attendant if not answered in 30 seconds and No Answer timer set to 1 second higher. My problem has been that when I dial 152. I just hear ringing on my end, Never any Music. And it never rolls to my second AA. Thanks in advance for any help
