I have a macro running at the moment that prints some sheets on the users default printer, then switches to a different printer to print off more sheets. It then needs to switch back to the default printer.

We have many different printers in our organisation so setting a particular printer is not possible.

I need to know how to set the default printer back to what it should be regardless of the printer involved.
I'm assuming it would have to log the default printer to start with.......

Any ideas?

You just need to define a variable at the start of the procedure and then set that variable to whatever the user's printer - then do your printing and printer changes, then set the printer back to the value of your variable.
