Setting Size of New window

I have a link on my page that opens a new window...

How do i make the window open at a certain set size?

Also is there a way to make sure it turns off all the browser features like nav buttons, etc...?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

also I don't mean a "mouse over", I mean when the link is "clicked" on only.

If you open new browser in the behaviours panels you have a number of choices including setting size of window, nav bars resize handles etc. Check this out and see if it solves your problems.
