Setting Rules in Outlook 97

Hi all,

Our work email system uses VPOP3 to access our single pop mailbox and then distribute all emails to our workstations, dependant on settings I've input, access to the ISP is through ADSL.

Our ISP also provides a dial up account so I can access emails on my home computer, however to prevent me downloading everybodies emails I wanted to set up Rules so that it only downloads myname@ourdomain.com.

According to everything I have read, I need to use the out of office or inbox assistant to do this, but they are dimmed out, and I cannot access them no matter what I try?!

Any ideas, or am I barking up the wrong tree..

The Rules Wizard does not work unless you are using MS Exchange.......sorry *Remember.......
If you don't use your head,
your going to have to use your feet.
