We have a CS1000 and are using call pilot for voicemail and Phonemaster for the management of the CS1000.
When a someone is leaving a message on a users voicemail and they press 0 to get put throught to the reception all they get is "a valid operator number has not been specified" message.
Does anyone know where to set the operator number so that they get through to reception instead?
