Hi..
I am putting a JS drop down menu in a golive home page and can't get it to position correctly in both Internet Explorer and Netscape Navagator. It might look fine in the preveiw of the page in Golive, and one or the other browser, but not both. It will be aligned with the banner above and the text box below in only one of the browsers. Can anyone give me some help.. it's holding me up from finishing the website. The menu was created in a program called Ultra Menu. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
Jeff

The problem probably isn't with the menu itself but with the code containing it. Ultimately without seeing the page and it's code i can't tell you exactly what's wrong or how to fix it.

All i can say is that Internet Explorer does not follow any of the standards where most all other browsers do. That's why your getting different behavours. Even though IE doesn't follow the standards it usually is possible to get the same design, or acceptably close to the exact same design with all modern browsers.
