Does anyone know why I would be receiving the message AUT006 using LD 88 to setup AUTH codes. I need to allow a phone that is normally restricted to have full access after dialing an AUTH code. We have two phone systems at different locations. I can access and setup AUTH codes throught LD 88 and assign them on phones on one system. However the other system will not even prompt me for the SWPD in LD 88. I just receive the AUT006 message. I'm not sure what the difference is between the two systems. The one I am having problems with, is just slightly newer. Any ideas?? I have search the forums, but anytime someone refers to the AUT006 message, it refers to typing in the SWPD. But, I get the message before I am able to type the password. Thanks.
