Setting attachment filename

Hey there,
I've got a report I want to send out all ready to go except the business partner receiving it "needs" the filename to include the date and some static text (eg 'integration report 20101104"). I don't see an obvious way to do this - is there one? If not what's the right non-obvious way to name the report attachment file?

How is the report to be sent out? Manually? via subscription? via html link?
