Setting a workgroup for only 1 access database

I need to set a workgroup to be exclusive to just one database and not every access database I create.
 
You can designate the proper workgroup by setting up a shortcut icon on your desktop. In the command line you can specify the database to open and the workgroup to be used.

Check out Access Help "switches for starting microsoft access."

You may also want to read to ensure proper security.
